Q: What are system requirements for Bug Registry software?
A: Bug Registry requires Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003.
If you are using MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle as Bug Registry
database server you will need your database server to be installed and
configured before you can use Bug Registry. You must also have your database client
software installed on each computer that uses Bug Registry software. If you are using
Microsoft Access as Bug Registry database engine you can start using Bug Registry
immediately without installing any client software.
Q: What databases does Bug Registry support?
A: With Bug Registry you can choose database server which is
most suitable for your needs. Bug Registry supports leading relational
databases such as:
Microsoft SQL Server 7.0/2000/2005
Oracle 8i/9i/10g
MySQL (version 4.0.16 or higher)
MS Access 2000/2003
With any of these servers you will have all capabilities of bug tracking
software such as advanced filters, e-mail notifications, file attachments to each
record, advanced reports and charts.
